— WHAT IS PRESSURE CALIBRATOR CALIBRATION —
Think of a quality lab that relies on a pressure calibrator for daily measurements. If it has drifted even slightly from its true value, every reading becomes unreliable — leading to defective products, failed audits, or safety risks. Regular calibration is the only way to confirm your instrument is telling the truth.
Pressure Calibrator calibration means comparing its readings against a NABL-traceable certified reference standard at multiple test points, recording the deviations, adjusting where possible, and issuing an NABL certificate — accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and all quality auditors.
Compare readings against a NABL-traceable reference standard across the full measurement range.
Adjust or document deviations so your instrument reads within accepted tolerance.
Issue a NABL-accredited certificate (CC-2480) with full traceability documentation.
— INSTRUMENTS COVERED —
All 6 types · Fluke, Druck, Additel, Beamex, WIKA · 0–1000 bar · NABL accredited
High-accuracy handheld pressure calibrators with 0.025% FS accuracy.
Pneumatic pressure calibrators for air and gas pressure calibration up to 70 bar.
Hydraulic pressure calibrators for high-pressure liquid calibration up to 1000 bar.
Multifunction process calibrators with integrated pressure measurement module.
Pressure calibrators with built-in hand pump for portable pressure generation.
Loop calibrators with pressure measurement modules for combined process calibration.
— OUR PROCESS —
Pressure calibrator received, tagged. Make/model (Fluke 700G, Druck DPI 610, Additel, etc.), range, and output type documented.
Reference dead weight tester or primary pressure standard used to verify calibrator at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS. As-found error recorded.
Internal calibration constants adjusted per manufacturer service manual. Reference channel trimmed against NPL-traceable primary standard.
Ascending and descending 5-point pass. Linearity error and hysteresis computed. Pump and valve function verified.
Post-adjustment readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left data, uncertainty, IEC 60770/ISO 5171 traceability. Instrument remains your reference standard.

Prism holds NABL CC-2480 under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Pressure calibrator certificates accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP/FDA, IBR, PESO, and all audit purposes.
— NON-NABL CALIBRATION —
For routine maintenance, bulk calibration, or internal QC checks where a full NABL certificate is not mandatory — Prism offers cost-effective non-NABL calibration using the same NABL-traceable reference standards and trained engineers.
All non-NABL work uses NABL-certified reference standards — readings are still reliable and defensible.
Without full NABL documentation, instruments return faster — ideal for urgent production schedules.
Non-NABL calibration costs less — practical for large batches or routine periodic checks.
Available at your facility or at our Vatva lab — same quality, more flexibility.
