Pressure applied at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS using dead weight tester or reference controller. As-found errors recorded.
Zero and span corrections applied. Pointer alignment checked. Dial glass inspected.
Ascending and descending readings compared. Hysteresis error calculated per ISO 5171.
Post-adjustment readings verified at all 5 points. Uncertainty calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
