— WHAT IS PRESSURE INDICATOR CALIBRATION —
Think of a quality lab that relies on a pressure indicator for daily measurements. If it has drifted even slightly from its true value, every reading becomes unreliable — leading to defective products, failed audits, or safety risks. Regular calibration is the only way to confirm your instrument is telling the truth.
Pressure Indicator calibration means comparing its readings against a NABL-traceable certified reference standard at multiple test points, recording the deviations, adjusting where possible, and issuing an NABL certificate — accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and all quality auditors.
Compare readings against a NABL-traceable reference standard across the full measurement range.
Adjust or document deviations so your instrument reads within accepted tolerance.
Issue a NABL-accredited certificate (CC-2480) with full traceability documentation.

Panel-mount digital pressure indicators for control room and panel monitoring.
Local pressure indicators installed near the process for on-site reading.
Smart pressure indicators with HART protocol for remote configuration.
Batch pressure indicator/controllers with setpoint and relay output.
4-digit LED display pressure indicators for visible process readings.
Remote pressure indicators for viewing process pressure from a distance.
— OUR PROCESS —
Pressure indicator received, tagged. Input type (4–20 mA/HART/direct), range, display type (LED/LCD/analog), and make documented.
Reference pressure controller or mA source applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS input. Display reading compared to reference. As-found error recorded.
Zero offset and span multiplier adjusted via front panel or HART communicator. Display scaling corrected.
Ascending and descending 5-point readings verified. Display resolution and ADC linearity checked.
Post-adjustment readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left display readings, uncertainty, IEC 60770/IS 3624 traceability.

NABL Accreditation Standard
Prism holds NABL CC-2480 under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Pressure indicator certificates accepted by ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP/FDA, IBR, PESO, and all audit purposes.
— NON-NABL CALIBRATION —
For routine maintenance, bulk calibration, or internal QC checks where a full NABL certificate is not mandatory — Prism offers cost-effective non-NABL calibration using the same NABL-traceable reference standards and trained engineers.
All non-NABL work uses NABL-certified reference standards — readings are still reliable and defensible.
Without full NABL documentation, instruments return faster — ideal for urgent production schedules.
Non-NABL calibration costs less — practical for large batches or routine periodic checks.
Available at your facility or at our Vatva lab — same quality, more flexibility.
