Pressure indicator received, tagged. Input type (4–20 mA/HART/direct), range, display type (LED/LCD/analog), and make documented.
Reference pressure controller or mA source applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS input. Display reading compared to reference. As-found error recorded.
Zero offset and span multiplier adjusted via front panel or HART communicator. Display scaling corrected.
Ascending and descending 5-point readings verified. Display resolution and ADC linearity checked.
Post-adjustment readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.
NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left display readings, uncertainty, IEC 60770/IS 3624 traceability.
