Transmitter received, tagged, make/model/range noted. Zero and span settings documented.

As-Found 5-Point Check

Reference pressure controller applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS. mA output read with reference multimeter. As-found error logged.

Zero & Span Trim

Digital trim via HART communicator or physical zero/span adjustment. Output linearized across full range.

Linearity & Hysteresis

Ascending and descending 5-point verification. Hysteresis and repeatability computed per IEC 60770.

05

As-Left Verification

Post-trim readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail determination.

NABL Certificate

NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left 4–20 mA outputs, uncertainty, IEC 60770 traceability.
