Receipt & Documentation

Vacuum transmitter received, tagged. Output type (4–20 mA/HART/voltage), range, and make documented.

As-Found 5-Point Check

Reference vacuum controller applies 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% FS vacuum. mA/voltage output read. As-found error recorded.

Zero & Span Trim

Digital trim via HART communicator or physical potentiometer. Zero at atmosphere (0 vacuum), span at full vacuum.

Linearity & Hysteresis

Ascending and descending 5-point verification. Hysteresis and repeatability per IEC 60770.

As-Left Verification

Post-trim readings at 5 points confirm compliance. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) calculated. Pass/fail recorded.

NABL Certificate

NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left outputs, uncertainty, IEC 60770/ISO 3529 traceability.
