— WHAT IS PID TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER CALIBRATION —
A PID temperature controller is the brain of your heating or cooling process — it reads the temperature sensor and adjusts the output to hold your setpoint. If the controller's input reading drifts, your process runs at the wrong temperature without any alarm, creating out-of-spec product, failed batches, or unsafe conditions.
PID controller calibrationmeans injecting certified TC or RTD reference signals at multiple setpoints and verifying that the controller's display and outputs match within tolerance. NABL CC-2480 certificate — accepted by pharma validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), WHO-cGMP, USFDA, ISO 9001, and all process industry auditors.
Check
We inject TC/RTD reference signals at 5 calibration points and record the displayed temperature error (As-Found) at each setpoint.
Correct
We adjust offset/span where permitted by the controller and document the adjusted reading (As-Left) at all test points.
Certify
NABL CC-2480 certificate with as-found/as-left data — accepted by pharma IQ/OQ/PQ, WHO-cGMP, ISO 9001, and IATF auditors.

NABL Accreditation Standard
Prism holds NABL CC-2480 under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. PID controller certificates accepted by pharma validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), WHO-cGMP, USFDA, IS/BIS, ISO 9001 audit bodies.
— NON-NABL CALIBRATION —
For routine maintenance, bulk calibration, or workshops not requiring NABL certification — Prism offers cost-effective non-NABL PID controller calibration using the same trained engineers and NPL-traceable references.
All non-NABL jobs use the same NPL-traceable TC/RTD simulators — only the certificate type differs.
Non-NABL controller jobs completed faster — ideal for urgent maintenance or large bulk batches.
Priced lower than NABL — right choice for internal checks and non-audit use cases.
Available at our Ahmedabad lab and as onsite service across Gujarat — same team, same quality.
— AREAS WE SERVICE —
Engineers bring portable TC/RTD simulators to your facility. Onsite PID controller calibration without removing the instrument.
Why Choose Prism
Since 2004, every NABL PID controller certificate from Prism has been accepted by pharma, food, and process audit bodies — no rejections.
