Recorder received. Number of channels, input type (TC/RTD), and range documented. Chart or memory medium examined.
Certified TC or RTD simulator connected to each input channel. Reference bath prepared at calibration setpoints.
Each active channel calibrated at 5 temperature setpoints. Recorded values compared with reference. Ascending readings documented.
For data loggers: internal clock compared with GPS/NTP reference. Time accuracy documented for traceability of logged records.
Error at each channel/setpoint calculated. Expanded uncertainty (k=2) documented per GUM. Certificate lists all channels.
